Here at Renew we are excited to announce our new revamped Level 1 - 3 Renew Your Life Training and Coaching Program. We have worked long and hard to bring you an elevated, expanded platform that provides you with tools and insight to keep you thriving and growing through this journey we call life. Up until now, Level 1 has been a Retreat Program.

  • Mindfulness Training (MiCBT) and Meditation

  • Customised One on One Holistic Counselling

The great thing is that even though we offer all these wonderful options in our Retreat packages, we can also create a program designed around your needs, regarding length and activities. Other options may be:

  • Day Trips maybe included, if doing a longer stay.
Our Private Programs cater for people ranging from those experiencing mild nagging dis-ease and are just wanting to tweak a few things, to people who are looking for healthy holistic solutions to help with more serious mental and emotional health issues. Our guest may need more one on one individual attention or may want to move through an issue as quickly and privately as possible.
 
During your wellness journey, you will gain understanding, acceptance, clarity, self-love, hope, resilience, emotional intelligence, inner peace, personal fulfillment and the empowerment needed to thrive in your life. You will discover a totally ‘new you’ and become equipped with the tools to handle future obstacles as they arise. All you need to do is relax into the deep cocoon of Renew Health Retreat and allow us to support, nurture & guide your personal transformation.
 
Level 2 is an expansion to Level 1, including new powerful tools, processes, and understandings to increase your ever-growing toolbox, helping inspire and ignite your passion for living. We explore to greater depths how your beliefs and priorities can create more wisdom, clarity, and unshakable inner peace in your daily life. All sessions are Virtual.
 
Level 3 is a mentoring program that not only offers you an opportunity to further cement and implement your learnings. It also provides you with a fulfilling career opportunity to share this gift with those who need and want to transform their life. All sessions are virtual.
 
If you have completed Level 1 on Retreat, and want to do the careers program, there is a savings if you commit to Level 2 and 3 ahead of time.
 
If you do all Virtual Sessions and you commit to doing all 3 Levels, there is a big savings on this.
 

Level 1 can now be completed online with 10 x 1.5 hour Sessions. More if needed. It includes:
