Renew Health Retreat Terms and Conditions

Retreat Disclaimer

We provide a nurturing and safe environment and our program is thoughtfully planned, though no responsibility will be taken for any injuries incurred during the retreat. We also advise you to consult your doctor if you have any pre-existing medical conditions before attending the retreat and require you to use prescribed medication in accordance with directions.

Use of Alcohol and Illicit Drugs

As we are a Health Retreat, we ask that you do not use alcohol or any illicit substances. Use of these substances or such behaviours will result immediately in the guest being asked to leave. If guests are suspected of using alcohol and drugs whilst on the program, their rooms may be searched.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the Retreat Centre Building. We ask that you minimise smoking if you are not ready to quit. Smoking is to be within the designated area.

Program 

Various sessions and activities are provided as part of the program at Renew Health Retreat. Full participation and respectful behaviour is our expectation. Should there be any question or issue of level of participation or conduct of behaviour, we will ask that you review your behaviour. Repeated instances of inappropriate behaviour towards staff or lack of compliance with the agreed program will result in you being asked to leave.

Mobile Phones, Computers, Ipads and Electronic Gadgets

These are allowed at Renew Health Retreat. Use is restricted to your rooms and free time only.  At no time will they be allowed In the Seminar area, unless they are turned to silent and used for photos of charts. 

Meals

All meals are included in your program. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please inform us prior to the Retreat and we will make every attempt to accommodate your needs. Guests are responsible for checking the contents and preparation of menu items where this is of grave personal concern.

Please do not bring sweets, food, coffee or tea. We offer a dairy, caffeine, sugar and alcohol-free environment and we ask that while on the program you refrain from these items.

Retreat Boundaries

Our Retreats are central, whilst being very peaceful and quiet.  We ask that you do not leave the Retreat grounds, unless doing scheduled activities.  Any requirement to leave the grounds requires permission by Management of Renew Health Retreat. 

Seminars & Confidentiality

Confidentiality is the cornerstone to building a safe and trusting relationship in which you can speak opently and honestly. Anything you share with Retreat Staff will remain Confidential. Only the Owner and Facilitator  read the private Guest Questionnaire and it is secured.

Challenges or Problems

If you have a challenge or problem, or you are feeling uncomfortable about anything, we would hope that you approach Retreat Staff. 

Guarantee

To receive the full benefit of our program, you must stay for the duration of your program and attend the full program. Your transformation is based on the learning and experiential application of tools on Retreat, as well as your commitment to continued application of these tools on your return home.

Duty Of Care

Renew Health Retreat make no claims implicit or overt for cure of addictions, nor medical or psychological disorders. No expressed or implied medical claims are made. We employ a variety of staff that have been fully trained in their modality. If you are on medication for your illness do not reduce or stop taking it without first discussing with the team and with your medical Doctor’s agreement.

Retreat Cancellations

Definitions

"Cancellation" is defined as not attending your scheduled Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling. "You" refers to the guest booking a Renew Your Life Program. "We" refers to Renew Health Retreat. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a booking. Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

Travel Cancellation Insurance (Bali only)

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your booking. Travel Insurance must be purchased, either through your travel agent or other.

Guest Cancellation Policy

Renew Health Retreat does not offer cash/check or credit card refunds for any reason. 

Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule:

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another retreat.
  • If you cancel 15 - 29 days before your retreat start date, 50% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat.
  • If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
  • The above applies to Online Coaching Sessions, Level 2 and Level 3.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. This includes Covid-19 circumstances.

Guest Retreat Credit Policy

All guest retreat credits last for 6 months from the date of payment. This includes Covid-19 circumstances.

Renew Health Retreat Cancellation Policy

If Renew Health Retreat must cancel or change a scheduled retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, and this retreat credit must be used within 6 months.This includes any Covid-19 circumstances. Or you may request a refund of your payments to us (unless it is out of our control, such as natural disasters and Covid-19), constituting a full settlement. Renew Health Retreat is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, Covid-19 circumstances and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
