Jules Allen

Yoga and Pilates Instructor Jules Allen has over 16 years experience in the fitness and wellness industry and is a fully qualified Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, ChiBall Instructor, Meditation/Mindfulness Coach, Personal Trainer and facilitator of local and international Wellbeing Retreats. 

Jules teaches a variety of Yoga styles from Vinyasa/Power through to Yin and Restorative Yoga all with a focus on safe practice and catering to the individual's physical needs and limitations whilst at the same time empowering each student to honour their own body. She endeavours to offer care and support while sharing her knowledge and passion for Yoga and Wellbeing in a non competitive environment. 

Her goal is to help her students to deepen their awareness of body, mind and breath so they can keep doing the things they love, injury free, pain free and mindfully.
