Sarah Carrington

Yoga Instructor and Polarity Therapy Sarah has been practicing yoga for three decades and thus teaches from the experience of her own changing and aging body. She applies this knowledge, experience and intuition to her teaching, which is supportive, nurturing and empathic.

Her passion is to help people feel and experience the benefits of yoga and to make it accessible for everyone. She will tailor her teaching to what her student is ready to receive and encourages introducing simple daily practices into everyday life.

Yoga is about embodying self-love and acceptance of wherever you are on the journey of life, on any given day or hour. Yoga enables us to hone our awareness, so we get to experience and observe the fluctuations of our mind and bodies, and learn to love ourselves regardless.
