Prudence Todd

Pru is a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, specializing in strength, relaxation, posture and pelvic floor. I have a Certificate IV in Contemporary Mat Pilates, Diploma in Midwifery and Bachelor in Nursing.

Apart from Pilates with Pru, she is founder of Your Womanhood. She teaches people here on the Sunshine Coast, from all different backgrounds, and with varying levels of ability, how to strengthen their core from within. This involves learning how to breathe properly, integrate correct postural muscles, and hold our body’s well from the inside out. She is also passionate about guiding women to heal using 5 practical modalities to unveil their pain and discover pleasure in their body again. With a background in Midwifery and nursing, she also see's women for on on on sessions for pelvic balancing, internal pelvic release work and grief and trauma release.

We all deserve to feel strong and functional and know where our strengths and weakness are and understand how to improve on that.
